If you need a cheesesteak, Bridgeside Deli has got your back. Heck, if you need any kinda sandwich to ease your soul and fill your tummy, I'd say Bridgeside Deli is a safe bet. Ask around Phoenixville for the best local cheesesteak, and you'll almost always hear Bridgeside's name thrown in the mix. Despite being incredibly close to our house, we seem to always miss their opening hours. Recently, we decided it was finally our time to visit Bridgeside Deli and Grille! This family owned and operated institution is a small but mighty operation. Their menu is extensive - lots of great options, sure to please all the palates. If you dream, I bet Bridgeside Deli can make it a reality. We opted for cheesesteaks. I got a cheesesteak hoagie, and my boyfriend got a Whiz steak witout onions - classic meat and cheese. We opted to pop in, order, and wait. I think we were there less than 10 minutes, so they were incredibly efficient! One sandwich could have easily fed us both - but we're not one's deny ourselves. I love my cheesesteak hoagie. The bread was a homerun, which can make or break a cheesesteak. You can order ahead, if you don't want to pop in and wait. They have breakfast sandwiches! I'd be keen to get my hands on one sometime soon. Parking is street parking. There's a few 15 minute loading zones out front, and this should suffice since this isn't the place you'll be enjoying your goodies. Plan to get it to-go - no tables. Hours are a bit odd - like if you want a cheesesteak past 5pm on Saturday, you might be out of luck. Otherwise, just time your visit during open hours, and you're sure have a good trip to Flavortown.

Just walked into this place on a whim, ordered an Italian hoagie, and between the service and the food itself, it was the best experience I have had in a while. I must have came in at the right time because I had food in my hand in about 3 minutes. The pinnacle of Mom n' Pop shops
Bridgeside Deli & Grille is the best deli in the Phoenixville area by far! I love the aesthetic of stepping back in time, the moment you enter this small family owned business there is a genuine warmth, and you immediately feel welcome. There are a few places like this left locally, they truly stand out for their authenticity. The sandwiches, hoagies, and homemade sides are incredible! I have not found a corn beef special sandwich this delicious outside of Manhattan! This unique deli offers quality everything - bread, meats, sauces, each item sold here is the best and made with love. I highly recommend Bridgeside Deli & Grille, it is a singular place most people will find is well worth coming back to again and again.
I just happened across this spot, and I wasn't disappointed at all! From previous reviews & pictures I quickly decided that I wanted the special cheesesteak loaded with peppers, pepperoni, and sauce. Not your average cheesesteak for sure! Menu isn't posted anywhere inside, so as a first timer I had no idea what else they offered. But ask and they'll pull out a menu for you. Didn't have to wait long at all for my cheesesteak. And while there isn't anywhere to eat inside, there is a table outside, or you can just take it to go. If I'm ever in the area again I'd definitely want to get this cheesesteak again!

Small place, but a big menu. So far everything I've had has been great quality. The sandwich in the photo is the best sandwich I've had in Phoenixville. I moved here in May'21 and have been trying to find a Hoagie like this everywhere. Definitely going back.
This place came up as a 4.8 on Google Maps. We went with the Bridgeside Deli & Grill Special Cheesesteak. Full disclosure, we did drive with this Cheesesteak for about 40 minutes. Actually the 40 minutes should have helped my concerns about this cheesesteak. Did the 4.8 set our expectations too high? I don't know. Very nice family, two generations working there but this Cheesesteak was just a miss. We pick on it in the video so I'll leave it at that.
